Learn How To Get Started with Home Care
We are from Arden home health care, it is a group of technically competent,passionately motivated health care proffessionals (medical consultant,registered nurses,health workers ,physiotherapist, etc….)providing advanced nursing care at home in a 24*7.
When care is needded , regardless of age or situation,people know that there is no place like being at home, ARDEN HOME HEALTH CARE gives the option of recovering from illness in the comfort of patient own home and helps maintain independence without assistance quickly as possible.

Step 1. PATIENT REGISTRATION

Arden home health care service is still available to you anywhere.You can access our service through our website(www.ardenhomehealthcare.co.in) or via email or call. After that our service will be available to you if our terms & conditions are favorable to you.We set service level agreements and time limits for each step of the process, doing everything in parallel when we can. We escalate our efforts whenever those time limits are exceeded. That’s how we squeezed several weeks down to just a couple of days at this point.

Step 2. Nursing Assessment

After the registration the clinical supervisor assess the patient condition through online( whats app,zoom,google meet, or phone through) and collect patient medical reports and it recorded, Also choosed the particular category with presents of bystander.

Step 3. Medical Devices
Interior Arrangements

Medical devises are arranged asper the category and patient condition at home for the comfortness of the patient and easy nursing care and to maintain personal care of patient (patient medical cot &matterss,vitals parameters,oxygen,bi-pap,c-pap,portable ventilator,waste disposal collection unit,surgical disposable consumables,etc)

Step 4. Prepare Nursing Care Plan

Asper the patient diagnosis the clinical supervisor prepare the nursing care plan,nutrional plan ,treatment plan and followed up doctors medical treatment orders also providing psychological support and health education to patient and families

Step 5. Staff Allocation & Duty Shift

Step 6. Nursing Supervisor Vists & Emergency Visits

The nursing supervisors weekly visit the patient bedside ,assessed the patient condition and advise nursing care management to staff also evaluvate the staff service. Also daily report is collected from duty nurse and discussed the patient status to the families
In case any medical emergency the medical team will be reach the bedside and providing emegency medical assiatance asper the doctor order also ambulance services.

Step 7.Laboratory Services

In case patient needed blood,sputum,urine,motion analysis sample will be collect from the bedside and result is informed to clinical supervisors. Also we providing bed side electro cardiogram monitoring.

Step 8. Weekly Care Plan Meeting

We arranged a supervisors care plan meeting end of the week and discussed the patient diagnosis and medical status through online also prepare the medical care management and ideal care plan for the patient.

Step 9.Cleaning & Waste Disposal Management

We collect waste each 7 days from asper the waste disposal rules under image

Step 10.Discharge Procedure

After the recovery or termination of the service ,we received a discharge consent, terms and conditions also collecte the feedback of the service and close the financial liabilities.
